I've only ever ordered from Rootless online. We were so excited when they collaborated with Danhausen. In the past, we tried the medium roast whole beans and it was delicious. I just recently ordered the dark roast as well as the new pods, along with the Danhausen mug, and the Hi Anxiety as well. The shipment came in so fast, the coffee is all delicious. The mug (a gift for my bf) came in cracked, despite being wrapped up well. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent a new one out that arrived just a couple days later, even MORE wrapped up to ensure there wouldn't be breakage this time. Outstanding customer service, great tasting and quality coffee. I definitely recommend and whenever I make it to MI, we will definitely be checking out their brick and mortar shop!

Love my Rootless coffee! Love that Danhausen! Such an awesome flavor. Currently on bag number 2 and even got a travel mug I preordered that came out VERY NICE VERY EVIL! Will continue to buy more and 10000% recommend this company!! 😊 give them all your human monies 🦷💰

The Danhausen coffee is smooth, strong and has a low acidity. I prepare it single drip, and it delicious cold set aside for later or hot and fresh. It also shipped really fast. Highly recommended!
